TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. We are also the leader in Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to commercial buildings, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has doubled in size in the last three years. We have expanded our locations to include Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Cleveland, Michigan, and our corporate offices in Columbus.

TNT Services needs a  Power Wash Manager to help with our growing power wash department. TNT Services seeks hardworking, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today.  Ideally, the right candidate shift will be Sunday - Thursday, 7 am - 4 pm.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Scheduling and allocating crews for routes
• Work with the Sales Team on scheduling and service requests from customers.
• Monitor pre and post-trip condition of trucks and supplies.
• Communicate equipment/truck issues with mechanic.
• Monitor daily truck inspections.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees.
• Assist in 90-day and annual reviews of employees.
• Work with GM to monitor and Review labor and fuel costs.
• Assist in payroll review
• Work to ensure safety and quality standards
• This position is physical; the manager will be required to power wash

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required (maximum number of 4 points on license)
• Management Experience
• Boom Lift/Scissor Lift Experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and occasionally move up to 100lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
