About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and vendor management initiatives within the IT and Engineering domains. This role will be pivotal in optimizing supplier relationships, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring procurement practices align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT and engineering-related goods and services (hardware, software, services, contractors, etc.)
• Build and manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of pricing, SLAs, and contract terms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, IT, finance, and legal to align procurement efforts with business needs
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
• Conduct market research and benchmark pricing to ensure competitive procurement practices
• Lead RFP, RFQ, and vendor selection processes for large-scale or critical projects
• Implement procurement best practices, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and reporting
• Manage procurement budgets, forecast, and spend analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3+ years focused on IT and/or Engineering categories
• Strong understanding of IT and engineering vendor landscapes, contract structures, and sourcing models
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and vendor performance management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.)

Preferred:

• Experience in a technology-driven or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with software licensing, cloud services, or engineering service agreements
