Job Description
A Producing Insurance Agent is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting assigned sales and performance goals. The role focuses on identifying client needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and guiding customers through the application and underwriting process.
Compensation: Commission-only position Earn 10% commission on policies written with Farmers Insurance Unlimited earning potential based on individual performance

ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance products Assist clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process
Meet or exceed assigned sales and performance goals
Represent Farmers Insurance and Knight Agency with professionalism and integrity
RequirementsMinimum of 1 year insurance experience is required
Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license (required)
Active Texas General Line Health and Life license is a plug
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous sales or insurance experience preferred, but not required
