Our Production Department plays a vital role in creating engaging worship experiences where people can encounter Jesus.
Position Summary
The Production Director is a full-time staff role responsible for overseeing all aspects of production at Lift Church, including audio, video, lighting, stage design, and live broadcast . This individual will lead, develop, and disciple a team of volunteers and staff, ensuring excellence in every service and event.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all areas of production: audio engineering, video systems, lighting, and livestream broadcast.
Lead, train, and develop volunteers to serve with excellence and consistency.
Collaborate with the Worship Pastor, Communications Team, and Executive Pastor to create seamless worship experiences.
Maintain and manage all production equipment, systems, and technology.
Create and implement production standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide leadership for Sunday services, midweek rehearsals, and special events.
Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
Help plan and execute creative elements (stage design, lighting scenes, special productions, etc.).
Qualifications
A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission and values of Lift Church.
Proven experience in church production or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
Ability to lead and develop volunteer teams.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Flexible and calm under pressure in live production environments.
Willingness to serve in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
