Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Behavioral Health About Us We are a growing outpatient psychiatric clinic committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in psychiatry and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary setting. Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
Diagnose and manage mental health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder)
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews

Qualifications

Active NP or PA license in Iowa
Board certification and DEA registration
Experience in psychiatry or behavioral health preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
