About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both the people side and the business side of recruiting. This role combines candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and consultative sales ideal for someone who brings industry knowledge, a service-oriented mindset, and a desire to make an impact. Youll work fully remote with the flexibility to manage your schedule while staying closely connected to a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a high-touch, quality-driven experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (networking, referrals, job boards, social media).
• Manage a portfolio of active searches while developing new business opportunities through relationship-based outreach.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to meet placement goals and deliver on client expectations.

Qualifications

• 35+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing agency or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process, with exposure to account management or business development.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelors degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000 $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Commission: Competitive, uncapped commission structure tied to individual placements and team performance
• Benefits: Health insurance, dental plan, paid time off and company computer
• OTE - Year one 110,000-175,000, Year two 120,000-200,000
