Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermonts designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.

UVS is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their Randolph and Bradford team.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment
• Evaluation
• Training
• Coordination of Care

Qualifications:

• Valid State Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or with DD or AFC services
• CPR/BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with computers, experience entering data into electronic medical records (EMR) program.
• Ability to work with others in a positive, responsible manner.
• Strong writing and organizational skills to receive and convey information in efficient and effective manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to community inclusion and individual choice.
• Flexible scheduling, with some occasional work from home, some travel required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont
