주요 업무

- 신제품 제품 개발 업무 

- 미국 식품 관련 규정(FDA, USDA 등)에 부합하도록 제품 사양 관리 

- 제품 라벨링 검수 

- 제품 품질관리 및 관련 규제 대응

자격 요건 및 우대사항

- 미국 식품 규제, 식품 성분 기준, 라벨링 법규에 대한 실무 경력자

- 한국어 능통 (읽기, 쓰기, 말하기 필수) 영어 능숙자

- 식품 관련 학위 소지자 우대

- HACCP, PCQI, FSVP 등 식품안전 관련 인증 보유자 우대

- 프로젝트 관리 능력, 커뮤니케이션 및 기술 문서 작성 능력 필수

- 미국에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 신분 소지자

- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

Jayone Foods is a leading Korean and Asian food manufacturing and distribution company based in Paramount, California. We proudly serve nationwide retailers and consumers with authentic and innovative food products. We are currently seeking an experienced professional for product feasibility evaluation, managing regulatory and technical reviews, and coordinating with both internal teams and overseas suppliers. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Review new product proposals received from the Sales team or Korean partners, and evaluate feasibility, regulatory compliance, and market potential 
• Present samples during new product meetings, gather feedback, and facilitate product development decisions 
• Ensure product specifications comply with U.S. food regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA) 
• Review printed product information on packaging and shipping boxes for accuracy and compliance 
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to support quality control and regulatory compliance 
• Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers, and identify or evaluate alternative suppliers when issues arise 
• Receive and manage product-related customer complaints; collaborate with suppliers to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions

Skills & Qualifications 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. food regulations, ingredient standards, and labeling laws 
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or a related field preferred 
• Fluent in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) is required ; English proficiency preferred 
• HACCP, PCQI, FSVP or other food safety certifications preferred 
• Strong project management, communication, and technical documentation skills required 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Must be eligible and able to travel internationally without restrictions
