As a Resident Life Mail Clerk at Cedar Point, you provide mail services to all housing residents by processing, sorting, and distributing mail and packages using designated software. The role involves greeting residents, answering mail-related questions, and ensuring efficient mailroom operations. Ages 18+

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a Resident Life Mail Clerk, you'll provide mail services to all housing residents . You’ll also:

• Process associate mail when delivered to the mailroom. Sort and alphabetize flat mail.
• Check-in pacakges using designated software and assign stock number.
• Greet and serve associates collecting their mail.
• Answer questions regarding mail drop-off and pick-up.
