Experience:
2+ years managing a full-service restaurant
Solid grasp of both front-of-house flow and back-of-house operations
Skills:
Exceptional communicator, motivator, and multitasker
Comfortable with restaurant technology, POS systems, and financial reports
Natural leader with a passion for hospitality and results
Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Food Service Manager Certification
Physical Requirements:
Up on your feet and in the action for 10-11 hours per shift
Able to regularly lift 30 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs
Quick on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
