Restoration Technician

What You’ll Do:
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll assist the Crew Lead in delivering top-notch restoration services to our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our customers by helping restore their properties and peace of mind. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with content manipulation, water extraction, demolition, and cleaning
  • Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials as directed
  • Set up and break down air movers, dehumidifiers, and other equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and proper material handling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and warehouse
  • Support team members and provide clear communication with colleagues 
  • Provide high-quality service that meets company and customer expectations
  • Adapt to changing job needs, emergency calls, and varying work environments

 
What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in physically demanding environments 
  • Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools
  • Willingness to respond and work after hours 
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication, reliability, and customer service skills.
  • A desire to grow and advance within the company

 
Compensation:

  • Pay Range: $19.00 to $25.00 (Based on each candidate’s experience and qualifications)
