Stay Connected Management specializes in direct marketing and sales for nationally recognized companies in the telecommunications industry. Through our work with these clients, we’ve helped expand their customer base and drive significant growth. Our approach is simple: we use client-provided leads to build meaningful relationships, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.

We’ve just expanded into the Jacksonville area and are looking to add 5 Retail Sales Associates to our growing team. Each new team member will receive hands-on training from our top sales leaders to become an expert in the role.

What You'll Do:

• Receive one-on-one and group training from top performers and leadership

• Learn all aspects of the client’s product offerings to confidently educate customers

• Engage with customers face-to-face, providing exceptional service and recommendations

• Master the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate and complete customer transactions

• Upsell additional products or services based on individual customer needs

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

• Collaborate with other Retail Sales Associates to support team success

• Participate in daily team meetings focused on growth, goals, and leadership development

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• A desire for growth and a willingness to learn

• Excellent people skills and a passion for working with others

• A competitive, goal-driven mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
