Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an SBA Commercial Loan Officer located in the Denver Metropolitan Area, (other locations within Colorado may be considered). The SBA Commercial Loan Officer will identify, develop, and manage SBA 7a loan relationships throughout the entire loan process. Responsibilities include conducting credit analyses, writing reports, understanding SBA regulations, maintaining client and referral relationships, and effective time management. The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, has a strong referral network with banks and lenders, and is committed to helping small businesses by adhering to SBA SOPs and finding suitable loans. A service-oriented mindset and belief in small businesses and entrepreneurs are essential.
