Contract description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in UI/UX design is preferred.
• Must be onsite in Charlotte, NC .

The team really wants a scrum master who can also play a BA role for Digital Tech team.
