As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your visible presence will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and strong communication to those onsite. Pay Rate: $17.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including interior areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor for unusual activities and report security-related incidents or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials when required.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or providing guidance during incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as directed by Allied Universal or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
