The Role: Senior Recruiting Manager

This role is built around results, urgency, and initiative . As a Senior Recruiting Manager, you will run a full desk and play a critical role in driving FTG’s strategic growth. You will act independently, make timely decisions, and move work forward with confidence, even in times of change.

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Partnership

  • Build, grow, and maintain strong client relationships across Colorado (with future expansion into additional markets).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders by understanding their business goals, challenges, and culture.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with confidence and persistence.
  • Persuade, influence, and gain buy-in from decision-makers.

2. Recruiting & Talent Attraction

  • Proactively source, engage, and recruit high-caliber professionals across accounting, finance, HR, administrative, and professional roles.
  • Quickly connect with candidates, communicate fluently, and build trust through positive, engaging conversations.
  • Guide candidates through career-defining decisions with clarity and conviction.

3. Full-Desk Execution & Results Delivery

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement and follow-up.
  • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining urgency and accuracy.
  • Drive your own activity, outcomes, and pipeline performance.
  • Delegate routine or detail-heavy work when appropriate, while holding others accountable for timely, accurate results.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and strengthen FTG’s market presence.
