Total Cyber Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Position Summary:

The Senior SDR will play a critical role in the growth of Total Cyber Solutions by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, goal-driven sales professional who thrives on prospecting and generating demand in fast-moving, high-impact industries such as cybersecurity and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event follow-ups
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers within the government, education, and commercial sectors
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, setting appointments for account executives or the leadership team
  • Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Keap, HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Develop outreach strategies for key verticals, including Federal/State government, MSP partnerships, and enterprise cybersecurity clients
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
  • Provide feedback to leadership on prospect challenges, objections, and market needs
  • Represent Total Cyber Solutions at conferences, trade shows, and networking events when required
  • Manage Junior Sales Development Representatives

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, MSP, SaaS, or government contracting
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and appointment setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with government procurement cycles (e.g., SAM.gov, GSA, set-aside programs) is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Resilient, resourceful, and results-driven with strong business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of cybersecurity terminology, compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC), or managed services
  • Experience selling to commercial businesses, government contractors, prime/subcontractors, or federal agencies
  • Existing network of contacts in relevant industries
