Server/Bartender
Location: Long Trail Brewing Co, Windsor, VT
Schedule: Part-time
Long Trail Brewing Co. is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our front-of-house team as servers and bartenders. Whether you're pouring pints, recommending menu items, or creating a memorable experience for our guests, you'll be a key part of what makes Smuttynose a top destination on the Seacoast.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails (bartenders)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining, and service areas
Process payments using POS systems
Assist with event service and large parties as needed
Uphold all safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For:
Positive, outgoing attitude and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality preferred, but not required
Must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
