We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Service Automations team. This role is responsible for the administration, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of ITIL practices, and a passion for automation and innovation.
Key responsibilities include administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform, performing system upgrades and troubleshooting, developing and maintaining workflows and integrations, implementing and enforcing access control and compliance policies, and managing the Configuration Management Database. The candidate should stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and trends, and recommend improvements and innovations.
Required skills and experience include minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer & Administrator, strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and functionality, certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP, and deep experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
Technical expertise should include AI & Automation, scripting and APIs, and integration and automation. Working conditions include sitting at a computer keyboard for extended periods, stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, regular attendance, prioritizing and scheduling testing, creativity, flexibility, and occasional travel.
