Cab Signs is looking for a Sign Maker with a graphics background and sign manufacturing experience to join our team. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for both graphic design work and sign production. Key Responsibilities:
-Graphic Design & File Setup : Create artwork and set up customer files for production. Correct and modify customer-provided files to ensure compatibility. Prepare files for various equipment, including lasers and printers. Work with vector files—experience with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW required
-Sign Manufacturing: Operate and maintain equipment such as: UV Flatbed Printer, Vinyl Printer/Plotter, Closed CO₂ Laser, Rotary Engraver. Produce high-quality custom signs, ensuring accuracy and precision. Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience in sign manufacturing and knowledge of industry-standard equipment
✅ Proficiency in vector-based design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar)
✅ Strong attention to detail—custom work requires accuracy, and mistakes can be costly
✅ A strong work ethic—we need a dedicated and reliable team member
✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative once fully trained
✅ Willingness to work overtime when needed
