Job Title: SMT Machine Operator
Responsibilities
Hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs.
Assemble electromechanical assemblies as required.
Review and complete required production documentation.
Operate and maintain SMT equipment to ensure efficient production of electronic assemblies.
Inspect and troubleshoot PCB assemblies for quality assurance and process optimization.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and general labor.
Proficiency in assembly and soldering.
Ability to use hand tools effectively.
Understanding of blueprint and electronic assembly.
Familiarity with cleanroom and surface-mount technology.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with SMT and electronic assembly.

Work Environment
Join a 154,000 square feet temperature-controlled facility with over 550 people on site. Work on one of the 7 SMT lines available. Second shift is from Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. The facility offers a supportive work environment with a cafeteria and other modern amenities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
