Based in Japan Responsibilities: Lead and drive technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities such as product education, solution architecture, implementation, onboarding, and software delivery. Continuous client relationship management that includes understanding client’s business requirements, expectations and providing joint technical support with the Technical Support and Customer Success teams. Collaboration and partnership with our Product Management and Engineering Teams contributing to development of new product features. Serve as the client advocate, providing feedback to the internal team. Provide clear understanding of client requirements for our Sales Team during their sales calls. Required : 5-10+ years in an enterprise client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects including web services, applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, SDKs, etc. Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities Strong experience managing client engagements and projects RFx/DDQ experience - working with SMEs to formulate relevant responses High professionalism and excellent client and colleague relations Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to self-manage and exercise sound judgment Experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial services Professional proficiency in English and Japanese Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience Why Join BitGo?
