Qargo Coffee is searching for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our store runs smoothly and delivers an unforgettable coffee experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations
2. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development
3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
4. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe store environment
5. Contribute to inventory management and ensure product quality
6. Support in achieving sales goals and following company procedures

1. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
3. Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality service
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Experience in inventory management: 1 year (Required)
