The Job

• You'll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core process (309 wire on " carbon plate).
• You'll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial welding experience
• Ability to pass bend-tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux-Core, 309 wire)
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces
• Willing to travel continuously nationwide
• Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety

Pay & Benefits

• $25/hour base pay
• $15/hour travel pay
• $30/day per diem
