Job Description
This is a newly created position reporting to two (2) Senior Tax Accountants; one who heads the Corporate Taxation Department and the other who heads the Individual Taxation Department. As Tax Accountant, you will be required to prepare tax returns for individual 1040s, S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs/LLPs, Sole Proprietors, Estates, Gift & Trusts. When not preparing tax returns you will be working with the accounting staff to improve efficiency and technologically streamline the firm's workflow in the Client Write-Up work, i.e., Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Reconciliations, Loan Reconciliations, Sales Tax Preparation,General Ledger Review and Analysis throughout the year.
