Job Description

Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Libertyville, Illinois. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, with a focus on Agentic AI projects. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex product roadmaps and driving technical innovation while ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals. Responsibilities Lead the discovery, definition, and prioritization of technical requirements for AI-driven projects. Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and project plans that span multiple teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to break down wireframes and mockups into actionable tasks. Facilitate estimation processes, manage dependencies, and oversee resource capacity to ensure timely delivery. Drive operational efficiencies by analyzing processes and addressing pain points. Act as a liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP, to guide project execution. Conduct API and agent discovery to make strategic recommendations for technical enhancements. Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to maintain quality and meet deadlines. Contribute to the development of AI workflows that enhance user experiences. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of technology-related experience, with at least 3 years in product, project, or program management. Proven ability to lead software and AI projects at a multi-team scale, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders. Strong skills in creating, communicating, and managing detailed project plans across diverse teams. Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP, including certification as a Product Owner or Scrum Master. Proficiency in analyzing and improving processes to achieve operational efficiency. Expertise in breaking down wireframes and mockups into actionable stories and managing their execution.
