Shyft is supporting a high-impact national security program based in Bellevue, Nebraska , focused on situational awareness and decision-making for senior leadership. This full-stack software development project consolidates data from multiple sources and presents it in an intuitive, actionable format. The team follows Agile methodologies and embraces close collaboration with government partners in an on-site environment. We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master who can split time between hands-on development (50%) and leading an Agile team (50%) to deliver mission-critical capabilities.
This project utilizes Java (Spring Boot) and SQL on the backend, and TypeScript with Angular on the frontend. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys contributing across the stack while also removing obstacles, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and championing team effectiveness as a Scrum Master.
