The Opportunity :
Responsible for producing, writing clear, concise, and accurate technical and programmatic documentation to include user manuals, guides, white papers, design specifications, manuals, on-line help, contract deliverables, procedures, plans, and proposals. Gathers information, interviews subject matter experts, and conducts other research in order to convey technical material in a concise and effective manner.
Responsibilities: \n - Collaborate with Program Manager, functional leads, subject matter experts, engineers, and developers to gather technical details
\n - Conduct independent research on industry standards and product specifications
\n - Create user manuals, instruction guides, FAQs, whitepapers, design specification, technical reports and the like
\n - Organize and structure content being able to follow both customer templates and program needs
\n - Develop templates and documentation frameworks to maintain consistency
\n - Document management and version control using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint and other online tools
\n - Adapt writing style and complexity based on the target audience
\n - Ensure compliance and standards adherence
\n - Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams and support teams to align documentation with product updates

Qualifications: Required:
\n - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
\n - 5+ years of related work experience
\n - Strong writing, researching, and creating content
\n - Ability to understand and explain complex technical
\n - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker)
\n - Familiarity with markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML)
\n - Excellent organizational and time management skills
\n - Strong attention to detail
\n - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,800 - $148,600
