Job Details

• Neurological Rehabilitation program for patients with brain, spinal cord, or nerve injuries.
• Comprehensive rehabilitation for spinal cord injuries, both traumatic and non-traumatic.
• Specialized care for brain injuries addressing physical dysfunction, cognitive impairments, and behavioral issues.
• Stroke Rehabilitation with multidisciplinary team to aid recovery from stroke effects.
• Amputation care with a multidisciplinary team focusing on restoring strength, function, and independence.
• Orthopedics program for recovery from fractures, dislocations, or joint replacements.
• Wound Care team dedicated to healing non-healing wounds from accidents, disease, or infection.
• Respiratory Therapy providing oxygen, tracheostomy care, CPAP, and BiPAP.
• Intravenous Antibiotics therapy and PICC Line insertion provided at the hospital.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience.
• Ability to float to Gilbert location if needed due to census.

Schedule Information

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Weekend hours: 8 hours (require one weekend shift a month on Saturday or Sunday).

• Facility Department/Cost Center: Therapy.
• Patient ratios: PT/OT staff oversee about 9 patients each.
• Equipment used: In-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and VR.
• Electronic Health Records: UDS and Cerner.
• Patient population: Adults.
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM.
• Weekend shift required once a month.
