Key Responsibilities:\n •\tEvaluate patients using standardized assessments and clinical observations.\n•\tDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and family goals.\n•\tUse evidence-based interventions to support development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care tasks, and overall functional independence.\n•\tCollaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and consistency across environments.\n•\tEducate and train parents/caregivers on home programs and strategies for continued progress.\n•\tMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.\n•\tParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.\n•\tMonitor and reassess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.\n\nQualifications:\n •\tMaster's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Either \no\tAmerican Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)\no\tAccreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (AOTE)\n•\tCurrent and valid Florida state Occupational Therapy license.\n•\tNBCOT certification.\n•\tAt least 3 years of pediatric clinical experience (preferred but not always required).\n•\tStrong knowledge of pediatric diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorder, and cerebral palsy.
