Store - MANCHESTER, NH

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find what they need. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout experience. Perform truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

1. Helping customers locate products and providing solutions


2. Executing fast and friendly checkout processes, including cash handling


3. Promoting and enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards


4. Educating customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey


5. Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS


6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes


7. Completing merchandise recovery, returns, and store maintenance


8. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties


9. Supporting shrink and safety initiatives


10. Adhering to SOPs and company policies for compliance


11. Interacting respectfully with team members and customers, promoting a positive image


12. Cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching


• Lifting heavy boxes, using ladders for high shelves


• Work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments, including nights and weekends
