About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for University Advancement to spearhead the development of a comprehensive fundraising campaign, secure major gifts, and oversee the annual fund. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for integrating fundraising throughout the institution and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This role demands a highly influential individual with a best-practice mentality for data-driven donor engagement, who can lead a team to align philanthropic investments with high-impact institutional opportunities. They should be adept at leveraging best practices in fundraising, including major and planned gifts, and have a demonstrated passion for the institution's mission. The VP will be expected to lead by example, staying engaged with the campus community, and ensuring that the advancement team is well-equipped to meet the organization's philanthropic needs.
