Job Details

We are seeking an associate with two to three years of construction law/litigation or government contracting experience to join our team in the Seattle office. Our projects include a wide variety of legal work representing public and private owners, general contractors, and engineers with pre-project planning and risk assessment, contract drafting, claim management and preservation, and litigating disputes.

Qualified candidates will have:

• A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Two to three years of construction law/litigation or government contracting experience
• Washington bar admission
• Strong communication and writing skills
