What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support the BizOps leader in evaluating subsidiary businesses and documenting processes and systems
• Develop project scope for consolidating operations into a unified tech stack
• Manage project action items and assist Project Managers in maintaining detailed project plans
• Co-author administrative best practices and frameworks for implementation across the portfolio
• Provide administrative support across various platforms, including CRMs, sales enablement solutions, and project management tools

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, power user, or related database ownership experience
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to assist with various tasks
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment or with software development products like JIRA
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with customer support, implementation, and customer success teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with sales enablement solutions such as SalesLoft, Outreach, or InsideSales
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of project management tools like TaskRay
• Background in working with remote teams across different time zones
