Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to supporting clients with respect and kindness. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with daily living activities and help ensure their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise as needed.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided.
Qualifications:
Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or related field).
Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate.
Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Must pass a background check and meet state home care requirements.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
