A mid-sized Harrisburg law firm, Capozzi Adler, P.C., is seeking to expand its general law practice. We are seeking a recent graduate or a third-year student about to pass the bar exam. No prior litigation experience is required. The Senior General Law Litigation Partner will train and provide guidance, as necessary. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and for a possible long-term position for the right candidate.

The general law department handles a variety of litigation matters which would give the ideal candidate broad experience in litigation before State and Federal Courts. Strong written and research skills are a must. The general law department's responsibilities include, breach of contract matters, insurance coverage disputes, commercial lease issues, real estate tax assessment appeals, and general collection matters, among other areas of practice.
