Position: Night Operations Supervisor (Client Success Focused)

Location: Pflugerville, TX Shift: Primarily Evenings/Nights 3pm- 11pm Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and coordinating nightly cleaning operations across multiple sites
• Supporting and motivating frontline team members
• Training new staff and upholding our quality standards
• Managing schedules and adapting to operational needs
• Tracking inventory and supplies
• Using technology and tools to evaluate performance and maintain consistency
• Communicating with team members and clients (bilingual is a big plus!)
• Supporting our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) approach to leadership and accountability

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

• Previous experience in janitorial or night operations
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a heart for service
• A keen eye for quality and detail
• Tech-savviness (for scheduling, reporting, etc.)
• Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus
• A flexible, problem-solving mindset
• Weekend availability when needed
• A high school diploma or GED
